Features and Policies
- All products made locally and sold only through fund-raising programs.
- Products are unique, high quality and a good value to the consumer. Program can be successfully repeated each year or season.
- Usual sale period is two to three weeks - plus 10 days order lead time for delivery.
- Free color order forms. Special form for seasonal/holiday items.
- Free preprinted form labels with key dates & times.
- Free Excel spreadsheet to consolidate orders.
- Our driver will arrive at your location at the scheduled time and will line up product for easy sorting.
- Product labels are color coded to order forms for easy distribution.
- Minimum order or small delivery fee may apply (see below). These can be reduced or waived for most groups.
- Special seller incentives may apply (free Cannoli if $100 in sales). Call for details.
- Payment is due on delivery.
- All sales must be scheduled and approved by Tambellini’s.
Minimum orders/delivery fees: (may be waived or reduced –call for details)
- Zone 1 Less than 40 miles from Pittsburgh*
$1000 minimum retail for free delivery (else $25 fee)
- Zone 2 40 to 79 miles from Pittsburgh*
$1500 minimum retail for free delivery (else $25 to $50 fee)
- Zone 3 80 to 120 miles from Pittsburgh*
$2500 minimum retail for free delivery (else $25 to $75 fee)
* Starting point is Allegheny Cold Storage, 16 57th Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15201.
Exceptions can be made if:
- Your group can take delivery between 12:00PM and 2:00PM Monday through Friday.
- You book your delivery 8 weeks or more in advance.
- Your group has a flexible delivery date or time.
Note: You may arrange to pick up your order or meet our truck. In that case, no delivery fee or minimum order would apply.
Free Order forms. Sale retail should be at least $1,000 for each 100 forms provided. Otherwise, cost of the printed 11x17 colored form is $0.20 each. Unused forms may be returned to us or given to our driver. A PDF file of the order form is also available on request.
