Great to hear from you. Your attention to detail, follow through and professionalism is something I am not used to when it comes to school fundraisers. The personal touch is sooooo appreciated!
I want to reiterate that the excel spreadsheet used to input my order was a godsend. It made it so easy to check the math of our customers! I have never had such an easy time of putting an order in and Jeanne at the office was wonderful too!
Finally, Jeff, our delivery guy was awesome! He was not only prompt, but actually a little early and that made everything go so smoothly. He also checked and double checked everything and must have asked me at least twice before leaving if there was anything else he could do.
If I had to fill out a survey on my fundraiser with a 1-5 scale with 1 being not satisfied and 5 being exceeded expectations, Tambellini's would get all 5s! Thanks again for being patient and understanding with our school cancellations. It is very rare to have a fundraiser company be so accommodating and it is definitely something I will pass on to the other PTO leaders in our District. Thanks again! I'll be in touch soon on dates for our 2010-11 year fundraiser!
